I was recommended by my cousin sister to go and see Shenena's showroom when I was looking for my bridal outfit. Since the first meeting, I knew I wanted Shenena to design and make my outfit, not just because of her style but the service provided. Her designs were exactly what I was looking for; elegant, classy and unique, compared to what else is out there in the bridal market currently. I already had a vision in mind, which I could not find anywhere else and Shenena helped bring it to life! She not only made my bridal outfit but also my husbands outfit for the wedding day. She matched my husbands outfit to mine, and when families saw us on the wedding day, they were in awe of the way we looked all dressed up in Shenena's designs! It was Shenena's service that made the whole process a lot less stressful. She was always professional yet advised and gave suggestions like a friend and an older sister would. She went above and beyond for me and out of her way many times for what I wanted. She also put up with me changing my mind at times! She communicated regularly with me and always responded straight away when I messaged/called with any questions I had as a bride. She's a genuinely beautiful person inside and out and I will never forget the times I spent with her in her showroom talking and laughing with her while making my outfit! If you're looking for unique designs and a one to one service, I highly recommend visiting Shenena showroom :)

Poor customer service, lack of communication and no attention to detail. If you want a completely plain outfit then she’s fine, but I would never recommend for a bridal outfit. It’s one of the most important outfits you’ll ever wear, and unfortunately it was not given the attention to detail and time it deserved.
This business was awful for my fiance to deal with delivering her bridal outfit that was completely different to agreed design, rushed into production, made to her own taste, terrible communication and unwilling to provide a refund (even a partial one) so effectively has both the outfit and money. She was constantly changing fitting dates and keeping my fiance waiting. This is a terrible way to run not only a business but to future brides. My fiance has been in tears for days. Super unprofessional and no way to treat anyone who is paying large amounts of money. Be careful who you pick to design your wedding outfit future brides, you risk a design being wildly different to what you ask, no communication and arguing with customers. I hate to write negative reviews but you need to be aware what you are getting yourself into if you decide to proceed with an outfit from this business...
