Very nice customer support while booking ticket. While booking ticket, They told one flight change is complimentary in air India due to Covid When I called later for changing the travel date they quoted me approx 170 pound per person ( They completely disagreed for free reschedule what they said before). So I called air India and they changed my travel ticket free of cost.

Each one of the agent will tell you different stories and lies, used them lots of times but day by day they've become doggy specially the agents you speak to , tickets got cancelled but they would not tell you, you want tk make a change which is free for first change but they will still charge you 100 extra even though the flight is cheaper on these dates that you chose. They make things up as they speak. Very poor service and misleading . AVOID THESE DOGGY TRAVEL COMPANY.

I have been booking flight tickets with them for last 10 years. I had few ups and downs with them over this time. However, my last experience just blew me up. They booked a holiday for me in Maldives and took payment, only to tell me few days later that booking was not confirmed as the resort did not have any rooms available. My 7 year old daughter was in tears and we were very unhappy. They paid us back our money. Subsequently, my wife booked the same room via another travel agent 7 days later. Given the delay, we had to pay 1 grand more. I have written emails to Southall and there is no response. In the last few years, my experience summary is as follows, if you book flight tickets, just ensure you are not paying more than what you would pay by going directly with the airline and never ever book holidays with them. On the positive side, I have never seen them delay refunds. Please share the same with your friends and family.
