3 months after Southam garage doors installed the door, it could not open any more. I called the owner and he promised he would come have a look the next day. After 3 weeks of him constantly making false promises to come fix the door, I gave up and paid another company to come fix it. Do not believe anything that this owner tells you. I suspect the 5 star review is from the owner.
