VERY BAD VERY BAD VERY BAD. The reviews of this service. Unfortunately you may have no choice but to use it. Let's give them a good clap at 8.00pm for the good service pre virus. Mark Austen Samuel

I was taken to Trinity ward, agaist my will, initially not told how long for, what my rights were or anything. No contact with anyone, no phone. I was very frightened, ladies were screaming and shouting thoughout the day and night times, shouting and swaring at some of the staff. I got accused of being anxious, not surprising. There are some very kind staff at Trinity, but there are some who are extremely questionable, they have a falce self, to hide the true nasty character which they are. The staff need investigating, they are working with and have control over extremeley vunerable people, interview the patients that have recently left, most felt the same way. This is so not good to have UK most vunerable abused.

Promised me services along the lines of cognitive behavioural therapy, was then booted from their program a few weeks later, no further forward, no help other than a pointless piece of paper saying if I hurt myself, I’m in danger. This is not helpful for me. I needed someone to try to really understand my psyche and rid my brain of the deep rooted self hatred and persistent suicidal ideation. I mentioned it every session that I went in for (talking therapies), but changing who I spoke to all the time was completely detrimental and meant I was getting different perspectives each time. You can’t make any progress like that, it’s just box ticking. Some of the people I spoke to were helpful but the final one was extremely condescending and it was so clear her objective before she even set foot in the room was to make sure it was my last.. ‘We did all we could’ let’s see what happens The day that meds aren’t the first line, will be the day you actually help people who might be able to help themselves

Currently a patient here and on the road to recovery. Never have I felt so safe and at home with the wonderful staff and the patients around me! Inspirational
