Booked a cruise for this October emailed so many times I’ve lost count .. Don’t know if it’s sailing no response from them absolutely appalling behaviour!! I’m not alone by the amount of bad reviews how are they allowed to treat so many customers this way!!

Booked a holiday in January, before lockdown started. I appreciate this is a difficult time BUT, I've emailed 6 times and no one has got back to me. My wife has had contact from this company twice since January. 1st was an email to say dont forget to make your final payment. Cheeky considering we hadn't missed or delayed any payment. 2and was a phone call to say our flights had changed. Here's the catch though; the hotel we booked and paid for is closed for the season. They know this but haven't told us. I decided to find out myself because no one from barrhead would get in touch with me. And it's a good thing I did because they are sending me and my family on holiday knowing we have no where to stay when we get there! And, huge surprise, like so many others have said, cant get hold of anyone. Very nice until they get your money

I booked an holiday which was cancelled 4 month ago. I am still awaiting to receive a refund. I have tried several times to ask for reassurance but nobody was able to provide a potential date or an explanation despite the holiday was ATOL protected.

I have sent several e-mails to Barrhead Southampton and head office regarding a forthcoming trip but no replies. Nobody answers the telephone. I was just enquiring but unless they contact me soon my booking will be cancelled.

Awful costumer service. My sister and I have recently booked an holiday, which was cancelled due to COVID. No refund has been received yet (and it has been more than 5 months since the holiday was cancelled).... (1 Stella)
