I had several quotes to replace my boiler but I chose Antony at Bespoke Gas Ltd based on his consideration of all of my requirements. He listened to all my concerns and not only addressed them during his visit but also included them in my quotation. This put me at ease as I knew he was not just fitting a boiler but a boiler that suited my specific requirements. Following his visit I had a couple of further questions and his response was quick and comprehensive. On the day of the installation, I could not had been more delighted. I dreaded it as the area where the boiler is located had recently been decorated and this included a new carpet - my experience of workmen in the house hasn’t always been a happy one! Anthony was so tidy and respectful. Other than a sparkly new boiler, I genuinely would not know that he’d been! He took time to explain how to use the boiler and the work he had undertaken and presented the instructions all in one wallet. I will certainly recommend Bespoke Gas to my friends and family without hesitation.

Honestly couldn't fault them atall. They fitted a full central heating system in under 4 days but their quality of work was superb. They were really friendly and considerate checking things were as I wanted before fitting it and nothing seemed too much trouble. And to top it off they ensured everything was clean and tidy at the end of each day!

Absolutely top notch service from Bespoke Gas - we had an old boiler that became unsafe to use very unexpectedly. It seemed like no time at all after I submitted an enquiry for boiler installation that I had a phone call from the very friendly and helpful Kate to find out what I was after. Having such a positive phone interaction already had me leaning towards choosing Bespoke Gas for the work! Not long afterwards, Anthony appeared on my doorstep with a smile on his face and after a quick inspection, was able to give a professional recommendation in plain English. It was nice not to feel bamboozled with information! The quote that followed shortly after his visit was perhaps the most comprehensive breakdown of a work quote I have ever seen - by the time I got to the end, I felt fully versed in what work would be required and was completely sold. I was lucky to get a cancelled slot that was rearranged, so less than 5 days after having the boiler first go kaput, we were having a new one installed. They did a fantastic job in getting hold of all the parts in a very short time, so kudos to you all! Anthony and the team did a brilliant job on the install, working quickly and professionally to get the job done in record time. Everything was lefty clean and tidy, which is more than can be said for a lot of tradespeople! I can safely say you've got a repeat customer here and I'll happily recommend Bespoke Gas to anyone!
