April 1.4.21. I don’t know what the problem with stores is who cannot seem to grasp what social distancing measures currently are during the pandemic? I visited here for a couple of essentials. People were not following the guidelines, the tills were all 20 deep, and everyone was walking around freely. I’m sorry to have to give a review like this but we are still in specific measures until they are relaxed in the near future. I like to give positive feedback so apart from the above the store was like a new store should be. Clean and relatively full of stock as you’d expect having only recently reopened.

Queues for the tills ridiculous and a lack of social distancing throughout. This may just be where it has relocated and should get a bit quieter after a few weeks. Lots of products to browse and some good bargains to be had

Much larger then the last store! Set up well. So much on offer there from food to furniture to garden tools and plants. Etc. You can basically kit a house out from 1 store so ver convenient. Lots of parking outside and disabled friendly throughout,.

This is a great new store, shelves well stocked and helpful staff. BUT...... THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. During our visit the shop just got busier and busier. Nobody monitoring number of customers in/out the store, queues of customers down the aisles waiting to pay (not socially distanced at all) crowding in some of the more popular areas (food and gardening) and no clear signage of any one way systems. We left after 10 minutes, cutting short our visit due to feeling unsafe. Mentioned our concerns to 2 members of staff, but our observations were met with bewilderment. Disappointed. Won't be returning any time soon.

Horrific! No social distancing. Hordes of people. Staff standing around in groups chatting to each other.

How many people can you safely cram into a store during a global pandemic? B&M are still yet to work that one out. They did have a "bouncer" at the entrance, but had wrongly calculated how many people to let in. You could barely move, let alone safely distance.

Very good experience here, lots of nice things in the new store. Very busy when arrived which is to be expected from a new store, looking forward to the next trip there. Was fully wheelchair accessible however with the current situation the way to qué was lined up there was only one entrance/Exit via walking/wheeling, which made it difficult to pass by a line of long people on a narrow path way. The store had a lift leading to the first floor.

Decent selection of stuff and nice home and garden sections. Absolutely heaving. 4 out of 6 checkouts open with queues to back of shop while other staff stock shelves. Plenty of people abandoning baskets of shopping because of the wait. Plenty of lost sales.
