Tried ripping me off by over 100 pounds on a quote as an existing customer and with one sentence dropped the price by 20%!!! So in other words if they feel they can fleece you they will!

Took the money immediately, took ages to provide a date for delivery, didn't deliver due to low hanging foliage in the road. Left me high and dry with no heating or hot water. I don't recommend using them.
