This is a usually a busy place for the city. Sadly, things are very different since March 2020. Cruise liners are sat here with no passengers and having to keep their engines going for maintenance reasons. It is giving people time to get some photos - and see how enormous they are. This is the Norwegian Encore at the front and the Queen Mary 2 behind. Hopefully they will get back to the seas for people to get a “holiday?” whatever that is these days.

Slowly getting better, but still rather dull and basic for such a busy cruise terminal. Long term parking not cheap, very few facilities other than toilets, lifts, escalators and seating area, snack and drinks trailer outside on way in.
Boarded here for a cruise. Good and easy facility. The terminal is ok, standard stuff. Parking around the terminal is good, used a private company. The drop off and pick up is excellent and made departing a lot easier.
This is the port I caught my cruise ship from the MSc Magnifica recently the port itself is a little tired and it's but to be honest it's not really a problem because you're only using it to go on holiday and the excitement of going on a cruise boat far outweighs the condition of the poor it was perfect the staff were friendly the bags were collected efficiently and got straight through onto the ship what more can I say would recommend this poor or though I'm sure that there's not really much choice if you catching a cruise boat you go to the port terminal that you have been allocated because the boats not going to move for you would recommend also worth noting easy to get to and lots of parking nearby so lots of options not just expensive on site Port parking but there's other parking nearby that offer free shuttles
Great great great spent the day on shop had lunch lush .
Travelled by train. Easy to get too by taxi about 5 mins. It seemed like no time at all and we were on board.
What a way to travel and what a lovely port too. The Terminal was well laid out, easy to navigate and surprisingly quick to proceed. I was very impressed by the staff, facilities, everything really. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this as a port to travel from.
