Danielle spent the time to get to know me, what sort of role I was coming from and what I wanted from a new employer. After over 14 years with the same employer, I didn't think it was going to be an easy task. Everything was taken into consideration, from salary to progression prospects, right down to travel time and the home life balance I was so desperate for. A role came up that was ideal for me and Danielle put it straight my way. She helped me through any concerns I had, put my mind at ease and made me believe in myself and my worth. She even helped me through the process of leaving my current employment and the issues that were arising from that situation. Now I am in a job that I am extremely happy with, I work with wonderful people and my home work balance is amazing. She saw me as a person with my own individual needs, not just a case that needed to be dealt with and put away. It may sound dramatic, but Danielle has really changed my life.
