I’m not too sure of the people I saw but a young blonde receptionist was so polite and so welcoming. She looked so busy and was running up and down the corridors but she still managed to find the time to be so polite. My dentist Tim was amazing! And so was his younger brunette assistant! They were both so chatty and smiley. I was also seen within 10 minutes which was amazing service!

I would like to say thank you, to the receptionists, nurses and dentist dr williams. I braced my anxiety and fear and came alone as a triage emergency after chipping my tooth on a waffle!! I had an initial consultation with xray, and was given my opinions, which I was happy with. A week later (today), and my poor cracked tooth has been pulled. I am so very grateful that the tooth was taken out, the dentist made sure I was in no pain, he was very kind and even though the tooth put up a fight he got it out. I have great aftercare advice too. I really do appreciate the kindness from all the staff. Please keep up the kind work, I know many years ago I had a very bad experience with a European male dentist here, but I do believe this place has made changes. Only thing I would change is instead of ringing when you arrive, have a door bell (that can be wiped down after each patient) and a small tanoy system. This would save a lot of trouble with waiting a long time outside. I remember waiting 20 minutes to get in a few months ago.

As someone who is terrified of the dentist, I was immediately put at ease by the warm atmosphere (despite covid) and friendly staff. They were efficient and sorted my issue out very quickly.

Came in for a checkup, very clean practice, great with regards to everything that is going on Covid wise. Rickard was very thorough and had a great assistant Phoebe. Madalina and Hannah on reception made me feel very welcome and got me an appointment for treatment ASAP!

I”m that person who is terrified about dentist and I always had bad experience with them ... till today! The lovely Dr. Jasmine make my feeling without any pressure or pain! She explained to me about everything what she is doing and I came home really happy with healthy smile! They are professional and taking care about you in the best possible way. I already registered my kids as well and my Husband and we are all going to make check ups for them.
