Living in Spain it is not easy to get good quality spices to make Thai food, so when I discovered Essence of Thailand deliver to Spain earlier this year, I was thrilled! The Thai spice mixes that I have bought give an absolutely authentic flavour, much better than supermarket bought. Having visited Thailand many times, we absolutely love the fact that I can now recreate authentic Thai dishes using these spice mixes. The team at Essence of Thailand really go the extra mile too and are prompt at both delivery and responding to any questions. I cannot rate them or their products highly enough!

A very big thank you to Essence of Thailand. I ordered some delicious sauces, which were delivered the next day. I thought they had sent me the wrong chilli sauces, so they speedily sent me some more. To my horror, IT WAS MY MISTAKE! Essence of Thailand customer service was brilliant and very understanding and extremely gracious. A big thank you, I know these sauces will be enjoyed as presents as they really are a delicious accompaniment to spice up food. 5 star rating is well deserved.

Very quick delivery, unfortunately some of the items had come loose in transit or were packed poorly. One email to their customer service team and a couple of uploaded pictures later, replacement products were on their way. They arrived the next day in perfect condition. Good quality products and great customer service, what else can you ask for!!
