Came into the shop a few days ago looking for some quality protein and amino acids. Found exactly what I was looking for and I was extremely surprised and pleased by the range of supplements offered! It was great, the shop had a variety of each type of supplement to choose from, even a section full of free - from and sugar free sauces and snacks which I found brilliant. As soon as I walked into the shop and started looking for products, one of the staff members approached me and helped me find what I wanted. With every supplement that I asked about I received a full explanation of exactly what it is, the properties of it and the different ingredients it contained! An honest 11/10 for customer service, I didn’t only leave with what I wanted, but also some great knowledge about supplements and how they complement each other. The t-shirts that the staff were wearing looked really unique to any other store I’ve been to, I ended up checking them out and the quality was brilliant, so I just had to buy one haha! Overall it was a great experience and I would 100% recommend everyone who wants to treat their body well to visit Fit Cookie because you will not be disappointed!! The range of products, the customer service, even the positivity of the staff!! The only place I will shop for supplements from now on and I hope you do also! Fit Cookie Southampton

Amazing shop and amazing people! For someone who just started taking proteins and needed that extra energy in the gym, I can say that I am more than impressed by their range of products and their kind help. I spent 30 minutes or more in the shop with Raf explaining what it will be best for me and helping me with a schedule. It's a nice atmosphere and energy every time when you walk into the store, so I definitely had to write a review for those lovely people who are really passionate about their job, because you can tell by their approach how much they enjoy what they're doing :)
Massive thank you to both Rafal & Edyta I visited the shop today looking for some supplements to support my health & fitness goals and left there with a complete diet & exercise plan and a load of knowledge I never had before entered - Such amazing personable people providing 10/10 customer service
