I don't use Halfords much, but todays service wasn't what I expected ! I ordered a replacement battery for my van , a bottle of anti freeze and a bottle of engine oil. At the cash desk I was about to present my order number. The member of staff asked what I ordered and started looking in the cupboard for it before going to a monitor to ask my name. Now I am just curious to why I wasn't asked my order number, surely that would have provided the relevant details of my order. Another member of staff located it. I was not offered any assistance in carrying out a large heavy vehicle battery and had to return to the store to collect the rest of my items ! Not very helpful at all.

Great knowledgeable staff. Service & fitting service. Lots of free parking. Covid safe environment. Didn't have my unusual part in stock otherwise it would have a 5 star review.

Bloody useless. Order online to collect. Was showing in stock, but store couldn't find it. The store can get in, in three days when I could still order on line for next day delivery. Needless to say store wont help and cant find a number for anyone else to sort. I would have to apply for refund, wait for a refund blah blah blah,, just useless.

Good store with a good range of automotive and bike products. Free parking is handy. Only reason not five stars is I think they are abit expensive I mean 5 extra on top of your engine oil price just to top up somones engine oil is a rip off. Especially when this is a very easy job to do.
