I purchased a wetsuit and some wax for a total of 282. This qualifies for free international shipping to Australia. They contact me after taking my money and try to get me to pay 60 for shipping because shipping is apparently "more than we expected". It says in their shipping info that any orders over 250 qualify for free international shipping, yet they LIE and try to squeeze money out of you... I am pretty sure that this is illegal business practice. If they do this to you then contact gov.uk and report them immediately. They should not be doing this! Anyway, long story short, I'll have to foot the bill for the international exchange rates and transaction fee's because their business is founded upon dishonesty and sly tactics. Seriously, buy your things elsewhere. This place is not worth your time!

Fantastic customer service from Jess. I ordered the wrong size harness and she immediately shipped me out a larger one. Both arrived within less than 24 hours of placing the order. Also the best price I found online. Highly recommended.

Bought a twintip board as had great price but I now wish I didn't and went with one of the bigger shops such as s2as, king of watersport or my new favourite, Coda as small and personable staff. Kites and more never answer emails or chat, I had a faulty strap that was confirmed as a faulty item by them and a cab representative under warranty in late October 2020. As in mid Feb 2021 I still heard nothing from Tony, I contacted cabrinha directly and then the EU representative for the brand. Within three days the replacement items was send back to the shop. I emailed them to give me my address and one week later still have not heard back. No replacement, no apologies, no contact, nothing but blaming it on Brexit.. I think nearly 6 months of waiting should be enough for me to start complaining. Update: I have now received the replacement, but they sent a different size, small instead of standard, so the replacement cannot be used.

Good company to deal with. All it took was a phone call to check if they had the kayak in stock, and 5 minutes online to place my order. The kayak was delivered the next day. I just wish the guy on the phone was more friendly to his customers and not so abrupt. Also they should provide confirmation that the item was dispatched so I can wait at home instead of assuming that it was going to arrive. That is why I gave them 4*

Phoned store to double check stock during lockdown , ordered 5 minutes later and bar/lines kite arrived well packaged two later . Cant fault it. P.S. Cabrihna kite bar/ lines are beautiful pieces of kit.
