Very rude staff to deal with, especially a certain old lady who was mentioned in other reviews, had to write my name on a piece of paper do to her poor hearing and being 'unfamiliar' with foreign names, maybe she should address this issue and consult a audiologist!

Dreadful rude staff. Being served by them and being questioned with irrelevant questions whilst there’s a big queue behind you is beyond me. Wait 20 mins to only find that when you finally get your medicine they still mess up your order and make you wait for another 20min for what should of already been ready from the outset. The lady then started giving me evil looks which was very threatening. Didn’t even get an apology when I complained about it. Incompetent unprofessional and rude.

Always running behind, nothing is ever straight forward. Service is really slow and prescriptions are never ready for collection. The place needs management and extra staff!!

Whilst they are ok at processing standard prescriptions, I have now been refused, on two separate occasions, over the counter medicine which can be bought without prescription. Their reason seemed to be that they wanted me to have a prescription. This isn't always possible with getting doctors appointments and sometimes you run out before a prescription can be got or extra product needs to be got for going on holiday. On both occasions I had to go to another pharmacy with no trouble at all.
