Poor service . Staff at terminal not aware of offer via the app. Said they had cancelled my payment and charged me minus the items on offer. However I discovered later that the payment had not been cancelled and tried to resolve via Customer Services. Now that was hard work too!

Worst McDonald’s ever I’ve been to. At the order point, the lady made me wait 5 minutes to take my order. Silly! No “pay here” sign, “collect here”; anything clear. At the supposed pay window, nobody was there and at the collection window, the guy send us back to the queue! Unprofessional, silly and bad management. Avois this place! Better go to another MC, maybe one on the motorway!
Absolutely shocking!!!...Just received my food by uber eats. after 45min of waiting. Food was cold and missing items. 20 order and i barely received half of it. Driver told me, he was waiting outside for 20min. No refound was given. The store never picked up the phone either...
