Bad first experience will not go back, wouldn't advise anyone else to buy there either. Not competitive prices, you'll find everything cheaper not just anywhere but almost everywhere else. Look for yourself. More importantly the Arthur Daley styled owner/manager, does not do returns and will ironically give you a song and dance about it, using all the cliché lines you've heard in every dodgy secondhand car dealership. It really needn't have been so hard, a small refund on a B-stock item that was functionally impaired for the purpose I'd fully explained I was purchasing it for, returned in perfect condition within a few days. No fault with the device just incompatible, a courtesy refund to a customer that has been ineffectively advised and bought the wrong thing. Twice Insisting I have a bad attitude for wanting that simple courtesy adds insult to injury showing where the attitude in truth is amiss. Some advice for \Mr Daley\, nobody is interested in how you run your business, they want good customer service and yes or no answers not excuses about your margins of profit and how you can't price match certain products and then suddenly you can, which is a pretty damning backtrack. The part exchange you offered was insufficient, an uncompetitive price and you couldn't even offer delivery meaning I'd have to drive down again. You know sometimes you just can not keep someones money without acrimony. How much acrimony have you earned? I'm reading a lot of unhappy customer reviews not only on google and many relating similar experiences regarding returns.

Don't get your decks serviced here: We took our Technics 1210s here to get serviced and asked that they do whatever was needed to get them working nicely again. After almost two months of waiting, numerous phone calls and lots of excuses from them, we were given our decks back and charged something like 130 for both. When we got them home and checked them out, we discovered that after all of that waiting and money. Pretty much the only thing they had done was change the phono cables (the previous ones were completely broken). The replacement cables were flimsy and not well done. Our decks were still a mess. Once again don't get your decks serviced here. Took months, and they didn't even do anything to them.
