Exceptional results and excellent service. Vision is amazing afterwards. Best decision I have made in recent years. Service was phenomenal. Staff made it a very personal experience and bent over backwards to fit me in to their busy surgery. Probably the best service I've ever received for anything. Post surgery care was equally as good. Recommend the surgery 100%!

Fantastic service from Lee and Oscar who were both very helpful when I had a lot of questions. They were reassuring and explained in detail on the laser eye process which is exactly what I needed. On the day of the surgery, Lee was really cheerful and reassuring when I started getting nervous which I really appreciated! I'd highly recommend this practice for the Laser eye surgery!

AVOID! After years of deliberating laser eye surgery, I went to the consultation here, was advised I'd save 300 overall if I paid a deposit of 500 that day. I was advised the deposit would be fully refundable if I decided not to go ahead. Called 2 working days later to advise I did not wish to proceed, only to be told my deposit was not refundable. Asked to speak to a manager and one month later, I am still awaiting my deposit and any correspondence from a manager. Terrible customer service.

Biggest mistake of my life! Maybe it's too early to tell as it's only been 3 weeks. But so far I went from half blind to half blind ! The difference? No I can see far but can't even look at my phone properly. I used to take my glasses of to look up close now I NEED READING GLASSES. I just swap lenses! Like I said it's only been 3 weeks but doesn't look like it will get better. It will take 3 months for my eyes to fully heal so there's no way I am going through this again free or not. Really, really disappointed, I waited 10 years and spent 4500. What a waste.
