Music is played way too loud for comfortable browsing, especially at the fiction book shelves directly under the speaker. Would have been nice to receive a thank-you for the book I donated.

Terrible condition of records for top price , tatty sleeves , please please check records before you buy cause no refunds ? Ok if cheap but paying 19.99 for a bad condition vinyl is really not on

Brilliant selection of music, books, comics and games. Amazing expert knowledge and grading of the vinyl and music. What more could you want from your local music store!

Oxfam Music Southampton is one of my favourite charity shops. Nice people and a big range of music items.

SUPER OVERPRICED MUSIC SHOP . Long gone the times of the charity shop mega-finds. Well certainly with OXFAM. CHarity shops are supposed to pass some sort of saving onto the buyer whilst still make money for charity. Not these guys. They have got super greedy.....GREED GREED GREED, where you'll find some records priced even higher than at vintage record stores. And we are talking priced at the top of whatever nonsense pricve they found on the internet. For that reason alone I DO NOT GIVE OXFAM ANYTHING ANYMORE nor do i go into charity shops to pay 30 40 for records which I'll find at half the price, eventually. THE CLOTHES SHOPS are no exception. Last time I witnessed a woman outraged at a parka with a 90 label on Brighton's London road. Fools. Greedy fools.
