Dear Pp catering Please accept my apologies for my delay in getting in touch to thank you for all of your help with the catering for our wedding day. I really can't thank you enough for being so responsive to emails, knowing that I could contact you with any query, no matter how small meant so much. You were professional throughout and we always knew that the catering was in good hands with you, leaving us to just look forward to enjoying it on the day. On the day itself you surpassed our expectations, the food and its presentation was superb! All of our guests were commenting on how lovely the food was and it all went down a treat! Special thanks for providing me, the bride, with my own slice of cheesecake, after our taster I really couldn't miss out on a slice and it didn't disappoint. Your staff were just so lovely and professional, so friendly and accommodating and it all ran so smoothly on the day thanks to them. You were such a big part of our day, providing the welcome drinks, the catering and the bar and it was all perfect, so thank you very much!
