I came in last week and was unsure what I needed to help me stop smoking, spoke to a chap called Dan who supplied me and let me know everything I needed and what to do. Can't thank him enough, so polite and helpful and will be definitely returning.

Very helpful. I was having a hard time getting my vape open as done up to tight. The woman was very helpful and opened it for me. All the staff are great.

I cannot speak highly enough of Prime Vape. Rachel and her team are incredibly knowledgeable about all things vape. They will not push you to buy the most expensive equipment, but instead ask about your needs and wishes, and base recommendations on that. They carry a wide ranging stock with every flavour you could wish for. They will also happily help with setting up of new kits or any problems with existing ones (recommending the appropriate pieces as needed). It's wondeeful to have such a professional service in an independent shop. Absolutely the BEST place for vape in Hedge End and surrounding areas. I would not go anywhere else and would not recommend anywhere else.
