After booking my car in for a service, all went well, until they returned my car to me. I could see from 20feet away that their was 2 marks on the body work. I'm 100% sure they were not there when I dropped the car off. On seeing the service personnel, the body check sheet was provided, to show me that the marks were recorded. Quote, THEIRS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT SIR. So dismissive. I know that those marks were caused while the car was on their premises. I suggest that the company changes its working procedures,so a body check is done on receipt of the car,in your presents and also when the car is returned to you. Just like when you hire a car. Then both parties could keep their integrity. Would I go back, probably not.
