Unfortunately despite trying to contact the company regarding our booking, no-one has had the courtesy to get back to us. All was agreed early in the year, we sent a cheque but have not heard anything since and noone returns our calls, answers emails or anything - not a good way of doing business, particularly so since we are a charity trying to raise a lot of money for people with lifetime conditions. An explanation would be nice.
