Friendly, helpful and always keep me informed of work required or its progress. Recent visit was to fix a squeak, my car has been fully examined and problem found now resolved. Car in for a service today. Staff very helpful and polite and social distancing strictly observed. Service was carried out efficiently and I particularly liked that they sent me a video of the health check inspection, showing what they checked underneath the car— tyres, brakes etc. Car was washed and valeted before I picked it up. Very pleased overall.

The customer service was friendly and attentive. A helpful and informative video was emailed to me showing the areas checked on the car and I got it back fully cleaned inside and out.
