Purchased a Fiat 500 just before the new year during the second lockdown. However upon arrival my car appeared to have more than several white scratches over it which was never advertised. The seats also had a few stains on which was never described not what I would expect for virtually a brand new car. I am not impressed this was not advertised, otherwise I would have expected a decrease in price. I mentioned this to the sales man (believe he was the manager) and he said they would get it sorted just after lockdown once the repair garage was open (Lockdown was ending the following week). However it has now been a few months I have called to complain and emailed several times and had no further helpful response only more delays. Im appalled by the customer service that has been given such a shame as I have had very pleasant experiences in the past with other local fiat dealers. Also upon arrival the salesman was very incompetent with sorting out paperwork. I had put a deposit on the car about 5 days prior to this providing plenty of time for this to be sorted. Overall a disappointing experience, Obviously I understand lockdown has caused some delays which is understandable. However I find it a real shame no one has bothered to resolve the issues or any compensation has not been offered if the body work can not be carried out by them. Unfortunately I will have to take matters into my own hands if they do not come forward, but this is not something I expect from a reputable dealer.
