Had a wonderful reflexology treatment with Melanie the other day. As before, her cabin was set up beautifully and the soft, spiritual music and cosy blanket enabled me to fully relax and drift away for some fabulous me-time. I came away feeling soothed, much less-tense and uplifted.

I have had several sessions of reflexology in Melanie’s chalet and have found them to be very beneficial both physically and mentally. The whole experience from the friendly greeting to the beautifully appointed treatment room and the treatment itself transports one into a very relaxed state of mind. A good night’s sleep is also a bonus, I can definitely recommend this treatment from Melanie.
The treatment room is lovely and has a really lovely feel about it, it takes you to a relaxed space mentally. I need Reflexology to relax and de stress and the treatment from Sole n Soul certainly does that. You wont be disappointed, highly recommended.
I love every moment of my treatments at Sole n Soul, they are professional yet warm and friendly. I had been experiencing bad migraines but with regular treatments these have gone completely. I started with the 6 sessions which I had close together (every week) and now have sessions once a month. The treatment room is amazingly relaxing and I always look forward to my sessions, they have helped me all round feel more balanced and I would highly recommend Sole n Soul for Reflexology.
The treatment I received from Mel was excellent. I still had pain in my hip and lower back after giving birth 2 months earlier. This completely went. I couldn't recommend Sole n Soul enough
