This may not be the most conventional of reviews, but it’s can’t hurt to get an opinion of someone from the inside! I have worked at sunrise for the last 5 and a half years, and I have loved every second of it. Sunrise is a family, and you will get that feel the moment you walk in. The focus has, and always will be, the children, and the care and support I have witnessed over the years has been phenomenal. Leaving is very emotional for me, as it is not because I no longer want to work there, but simply that my life has taken me in another direction. You hear some horror stories from staff who leave behind other nursery chains, but I have no bad words to share with you about Sunrise. Also, if anyone is considering a career in childcare, this is a fantastic place to work!
