A nursing home with a leadership team that continues to go above and beyond not only for their residents but for their staff also. The atmosphere is always a cheerful one and the residents seem more than content within their surroundings which always makes me smile. The high standard of care, compassion and friendly natures displayed by all within this establishment speaks volumes, it is quite clear that Sunrise of Bassett does and will continue to stand out from the rest. Keep up the great work!
Fantastic staff and management. Always trying to improve the standard of living for the residents. Very person centered. Feels like a community not just a standard nursing home. Highly recommend.
im a agency staff working there sometime..i can tell that is the best place i ever seen..as a agency staff u dont choose where to work but i can repeat this is the most nice place where i ever been working starting from the cleaners to the management ..the residents they are realy happy in there having people what they are realy looking after them

I have been visiting my friend here for over five years. She is always very happy and the carers are always very kind, they cant do enough for us. Things have Improved even more recently with the new decoration and new managers. I cant wait for my turn to move in.
What a lovely place to stay in, I go there to visit a lovely lady who is a very good friend. Often she has invited me for lunch, and the food is delicious with a variety of menus. I believe that a hairdresser and a manicurist is there as well. All of the staff are very friendly and make guests feel very welcome.
I am very happy with this care home, you can't beat how caring the staff are even visiting Dad when he was unwell in hospital. I looked at many different homes before choosing this one and have never once regretted it! Superb!
