Technic Domestic are not responsive to communication, telephone calls are not answered and there is no answer machine, texts are only responded too when you are extremely persistent. Delay after delay and still no date to fix the fault - now 2 weeks after being notified - AVOID

The repair was booked in for the end of March no phone call stay what was going on turned on the 14 April and replaced a part. Then leaves and use for the first time for the same fault to be there just like my freezer cannot fix anything kenwood like knownow say they can

the repair booked by currys call centre for a dishwasher for 25/august 2020 i phoned 2 days earlier to check that the repair was still on ( i booked a days holiday) they assured me on their system it was booked . Now midday after sending emails texts phone calls SINCE 9AM THIS MORNING finally speaking to someone to be told the repair was not going to take place as they have no parts for a dishwasher less than 3 months old .It leaves me with absolutely no faith in this so called company totally non professional outfit

Poor Service!! Original engineer appointment booked for Thursday 9th January through Hoover Candy Group to fix my washing machine. Received a miss call from this company the day before, and then a text message to say that my engineer visit has been scheduled for 29th January!!! Just under a month after the washing machine broke down and an engineer appointment made!! Tried to contact them 8 times on the 01505 number supplied to get no answer. I therefore decided to text them back on the number that they provided which allows text message communication, with no reply!! I then tried to call them again and got no answer yet again, so I decided to text them again demanding a call from someone to discuss my repair that was scheduled with in an hour.... surprise surprises I got a text reply back within minutes stating that my appointment was booked for the 29th January and what can I help you with?.... a phone call back is what you could have helped me with! Absolute disgraceful communication and customer service!! Avoid like the plague. If I could give them no stars I would!
