Avoid these people like the plague. Horrible attitude. Spent ten minutes auguring with me over the phone over immaterial nonsense instead of having a good attitude and solving the problem. UPDATE: My order finally arrived a week later. Received a 3 pack NEST protect instead of the Outdoor NestCAM IQ which i ordered. I do not have words for how useless this company is. Fingers crossed that I will receive a refund.
Had a bit of an issue with the delivery and contacted them via the contact form on their website. Not only did they ring me to help solve the issue but they did so within an hour of sending it. Really friendly and helpful customer service, one of the best I have experienced.
This was the first time I had used this company. Prices were the cheapest I could find for 3 smoke alarms, so a bit suspicious. The service was excellent and they arrived 2 days later. Due to my mistake, I had to return 2 to be replaced with the correct type and this transaction was flawless. The correct type arived in 2 days and the credit for the 2 I returned only took a few days. Most impressed.
Bit worried about the lack of communication and no one answering the phone. To be fair goods arrived on time (48 hours) and were perfectly packaged. Just got to fit it all now!
I ordered wrong ring cam luckily noticed when I received confirmation rang them and Alfie ran into warehouse and actually got the order and cancelled before shipped arranged credit and asked me to re order correct one online. Great set of lads! Which I did and received earlier than expected all in dull fantastic service and price was 142 all other providers were 159 to 199
I lost a screw part to a ring camera and the next day they sent out the replacement I needed. Fantastic service. I will definitely use again
Was wary of buying given recent google reviews but I needn’t have worried. Cheapest ring camera on the market and got to me within 3 business days. Only losing a star because I had to call them to update on dispatch, but turns out they just hadn’t sent the email and the product was already on its way. Will definitely use them again. Thanks!
