We've bought cars here, always well explained. I have a service contract here, I do find it hard to communicate with the service department, probably my fault. I had a tire to change, and they quoted me 51 but when I came to pay it was that plus VAT which made it more expensive than I could have got elsewhere. Slightly disappointed. But the car service itself was excellent and they cleaned the car! Thanks.

Staff ok. Not overly friendly though. Staff member that I spoke with about recall for my van. Constantly hitting his keyboard so hard i had to hold the phone away from my ear & also constantly coughing down the phone, So loud husband hear it all on other side of room. Booked a courtesy vehicle as advised the repair would take 2 hours. Then questioned on arrival if i really needed the car. Not a very welcoming response when you first arrive. Then told it would only take an hour instead. So left to do what I needed to do. Dashed back only to wait the full 2 hours first quoted. With no apology in delay.
