We sold our hot tub to Nick this week and were so impressed with him and his team. Throughout the selling process he was always really helpful and always contactable. He arranged the crane and team of people for the removal and the whole process was seamless. We will be buying a new hot tub sometime next year and will definitely purchase from Southdown Spas. Well what can I say?!.... We upgraded from a Lazy Spa Palm Springs and from the very first visit, to deciding which spa, there was no pressure to purchase from Southdown Spas. We chose to purchase our Tornado 6 seater from Nick and haven't looked back. Due to a back injury this is the best purchase that we have made and has helped immensely! Very pleased with hot tub from southdown spa, staff really friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to get it done before my mums birthday with was nice. Any questions we had after it was installed they answered over the phone or they came out to use on the same day to help. A1 service would recommend to everybody who is looking for a hot tub.
