It smells funny, food is OK. The people who work there are mostly friendly though. Extortionate price for what it's worth and you have to pay for leftover food if it is excessive but you can't just pick what you want, you order from a menu so if you like a mixture of food you end up with 4 whole plates of food and if you don't eat it you pay extra. Not what I would call a buffet

Food was actually disgusting, my partner had a bad stomach after eating from there and I felt sick. Food was very poor quality and the \vegan\ rice option was just boiled rice fried in oil with no veg. The woman actually argued down the phone and was rude when I addressed the above, no help whatsoever ever and blamed me for ordering rice with no veg? Shocking! Still awaiting a refund from justeat, I wouldn't order from there again food tasted frozen and microwaved.
We had a fantastic dining experience here just before the lock down. The server/host (possibly owner?) was fantastic, extremely welcoming and friendly made us feel very welcome, even took the time to teach our 7 year old how to use chopsticks. Very accommodating with the ordering - we had the buffet - which was lovely, and they went out of the way to make smaller portions and alterations to dishes to suit our little one. Even Finished the meal by giving our daughter a free ice cream which made her night . Food lovely, service superb, good value, buffet/banquet style was great value. We were on a day trip from London, can't wait to visit again once the virus lock down is over.
