Have been using Pearl Dragon Express during the Pandemic... But really looking forward to the restaurant opening up again... Without a doubt one of the best Chinese restaurants in Essex...

Very big servings. I was surprised at how big my bowl of soup was, piping hot and delicous! The staff can improve by smiling and sounding a bit more friendly. It wasnt the busiest time as there were only 2 of us eating in, but they just looked stressed.

Wrong order sent. I ordered by phone some food from here, including Sweet and Sour Pork and they sent Prawns instead. When I called to the store complaining about it, they said was a misunderstanding, without even an apologize. They said they will send the correct order ( it arrives 20 minutes later) but I should return the wrong order back, what's it's weird, but that's ok as I'll not eat it anyway. However they didn't refund me for the difference of price (around 6). Of course it's ruined all my dinner because, when the correct order arrived, all the another food was freezing cold and my daughter was crying because it's the only thing she likes to eat and of course I'll not use this takeaway service again.
