Lovely trip to the end of the pier and back, nice clean trains, nice reception area, not too expensive (13 or so for a family of 4). Friendly, honest staff who returned my wifes handbag which she accidentally left on the train. Even saw some seals at the end of the pier

The bar and cafe at the end of the pier shut at about 6 even though the pier may be open until 8:30 I tried to get chips in the bar, but I was told to go to the fish and chips shop about 100 yards away. When I got back to the bar I was told that my elderly mother would have to move because the bar was closing in about 40 minutes, but they wanted to mop the floor first ! I also asked for the chips to be wrapped, but I was given open trays of food, sorry that's how we do them ! We also had loads of Asian kids pushing in front of us while waiting for the train. Apart from that we had a nice bank holiday Monday !

The pier is not open, the on line info is incorrect. Went to go for a walk after 1st googling to see if it was open, yes apparantly, got there and its definitely shut

It a pier that's over a mile in length with a tea shop, ( don't expect to see Jamie Oliver and guest doing their show) it's out for tea and cake the larger cafe offers more choice and you can purchase alcohol if you wish the RNLI has a gift shop and a small amusement arcade that was closed when I visited Friday afternoon Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed but if your looking for nice walk or train ride to the end of England's longest pier at 1.34 miles and enjoy the sea air and view of the sea then try it, to walk the pier both ways as an adult is 2 more if you take the train (the train can take wheel chairs too)

Over a mile long with a railway down the side. Great walk with crazy golf at the end.

Great for a lovely day out , full of history and character. Have a walk up , have something to eat and drink , relax , take lots of pictures , get the train back . Lovely.

Please don't close the Gentleman toilets in the evening. Forces us to urinate where we can. Otherwise fine.

This is an attraction? Longest pleasure pier in the world? Bold claim! It's not pleasurable because there's nothing on it
