Peter, Rob & Jackie were absolutely amazing ... The team were very effective and made a round trip of 140 miles at the the drop of a hat. I haven’t had customer service at this level for years and their can do attitude surpasses that of many companies I have used. Their efficiency from end to end including costs were extremely fair and the work carried out was fuss free. I can’t thank the team enough for all their efforts ! A 10 star rating wouldn’t be high enough !!!

Southern Asbestos have to date undertaken two asbestos (generic invasive) surveys on our property & I’m currently engaging their services for some additional advice re: asbestos safety. Reports received from surveys undertaken are concise, easy to read and understand. Quite simply, their level of engagement, professionalism & understanding re: what is a hazardous material has been exemplary. Southern Asbestos are true experts in their field (they have years of experience) & most importantly, they are trained (& comply) with latest/up-to-date asbestos legislation & safety requirements. I contacted SAS for an asbestos test, was promised results a week later and by a date 3 days before construction was due to start. No communication what so ever and results turned up over a week and half after construction had started. Obviously far to late, and long after the promised date. When the results were ready I explained that they were too late and no longer relevant. If you’re working to any kind of time scale I suggest you take your business elsewhere. This company cannot stick to turnaround times they promise.
