Templating was done within a week of paying the deposit, and installation was done a week after templating. This was quicker than we were told, so obviously we were very pleased with the turnaround! They also did a great job with lining up the quartz veins between slabs, and made sure that the main surface had plenty of patterning - just what we wanted! Customer service was very friendly and helpful: special mention to Joshua, who came across very professionally during our first visit. I would definitely recommend SCMG
