We took our Springer to Heather and Kieth, for a taster day then an overnight stay. I was the owner with separation anxiety really worried about leaving him as had a bad experience a few years ago with a kennel. Well I need not have worried or be upset, Heather was very understanding and supportive really put my mind at rest, as I was worried he would be left on his own, he was fine plenty of pictures sent of his walks so I have to say kept to his routine including meals ect. It was a home from home, he enjoyed the company of their own dogs, they are real doggy people. Heather asks all the right questions about general health, routine, food, walks ect, funny little habits they have, veterinary care ect. Emergency contact details. There have been no adverse behavioural issues when he came home in fact really chilled and relaxed. Happy and content, great care taken by Heather to ensure he was safe,well and happy. So I am happier in the knowledge that when goes for a couple of weeks he will be ok and probably have a better time then me!! So a massive Thank you for making me feel better about leaving him, would definitely recommend.
