Had my Solar Thermal installed last month, EEC installed my PV system 5 years ago and the service was excellent, and with this recent installation it was the same. I did initially had some installation issues which was done by another company I believe outsourced by EEC - but it was rectified straight away by EEC. Staff on the telephone are always friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone, good old fashioned customer service which sadly doesn’t exist everywhere. Im hoping my solar thermal system stays problem free for many years to come. Thank you.

Hi There, I am so pleased that we used EEC Home Improvements for our Solar Panels. I cannot stress enough the help that they gave to us when we choose the system. Things were simply and clearly explained, including costs for various options; enabling us to have a system that works, with cheaper electric bills and no carbon emissions. We brought our panels through the Suffolk county group purchase scheme and have no regrets; in fact we get a warm feeling every time I see the power being generated. Highly recommended.

Arranged installation through the Solar Together scheme facilitated by my District Council. The process was quick and efficient. The scaffolding was erected 2 days prior to the agreed installation date. The installers arrived on time and despite it being a cold and wet day they completed the installation within a day with minumal fuss. The whole installation was done to a high standard. The panels look good on the roof and the controls are neatly located adjacent to existing electricity feed. The app used to monitor the system is intuitive and simple to install. Provides realtime information on entire system performance. Scaffolding removed after a couple of days, also with minimal fuss. Just need some sunny days to get the best out of the system.

Very pleased with the way this company's work ethics. Very friendly and honest and did not feel under pressure to go ahead. Would highly recommend them as I felt they were genuinely interested in making sure that I had the best product to meet my needs. There was no over selling that you so often get with sales people.

As one of their employees has given a 5* review I would disregard all of the other 5* ones here, they are obviously awful and need to big themselves up pretending to be customers. Steven Duffy - on their own website. Laughable **Edit 1/4/21** I see Mr Dyson says 'here is my review and the photo' How strange to send a photo of himself for a review rather than a picture of the work completed. Very odd behaviour, wouldn't you agree??

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about air heat pumps. The heat loss survey he carried out was done efficiently and he gave us the outcome during his visit. We were happy to accept his advice and proceed with our project. Very professional and personable visit, we would certainly recommend the Company.

Spoke to Ewen at EEC yesterday regarding the Green Homes Grant Scheme (after trying numerous local companies who were either too busy or wrongly listed as being part of the scheme) and he was very knowledgeable and talked me through the options. I supplied pictures and details yesterday and he has come back with a quote already today to submit to scheme. Great customer service highly recommend.

EEC installed solar panels for us in January 2020. We were very happy with every aspect of their work from the beginning, through the surveyor's visit and the installation. Everything was clearly explained to us as the project went along. The installation crew were most careful and considerate in our home and worked extremely hard in what, on the day, were difficult weather conditions. The system has worked very well and we are very pleased with our investment, the work done by EEC and their follow-up since installation. Hi Steven I have written a review and uploaded a photo but cannot post it. The Post button remains dim and will not react. I have had to give up on it for now.
