I can't recommend Halliwell Jones Southport highly enough, their customer service is second to none. The staff at both the Mini and BMW side are extremely helpful and nothing is ever too much Trouble. I am on my fourth mini now from them and the thing that keeps me going back is the impeccable service and friendly helpful staff. If a car ever needs to go in for a service or repair it's done with minimum fuss and the jobs are completed to a very high standard. I couldn't be happier with the cars I have from here and while the service is this good, I will definitely keep going back. Even Covid-19 hasn't interrupted the excellent customer service, thank you for making everything as easy as possible!

Bought a lovely used 3 series from here a few months ago. Adam Howard, the sales rep I dealt with, was brilliant and got the deal done at a price I was happy with efficiently and quickly. This included trading in my old car, which they gave a good price for, and was very easy to do. I did notice a few things wrong with the car after purchase (very minor like the odd rattle, and a brake light fogging up) but the service team has been great with prompt replies to emails and getting things booked in to be fixed - all part of buying a used car, and all covered under the warranty so no complaints from me. Overall I couldn't recommend this dealership enough - much more pleasant to deal with than some of the dealers in the big city centres.

Honestly this is not my go to dealer....I need a box of paracetamol after a visit...They live in some other alternative dimension. There are better dealers with better service all round. A suggestion HJ send some of your managers on a customer awareness course....Learn them how listen and show customers some respect...we don't want sermons on were they worked and how good they are we need some empathy...we need the best service...something you fall way down on. I have done ...you won't get a penny piece from me ever again.
