I found Ian really unreliable. I contacted him for a quote. He came round and had a look then said he would call me with a quote that evening..... didn’t hear anything...... called him a few days later and he told me his internet had been down but it would be back up in a few days and he would contact me then..... didn’t hear anything.... tried to call.... no answer...... not heard anything since (3 weeks since he came round) I get the feeling that because my job wasn’t to expensive (was between 1-2,000) Ian didn’t think it was worth doing.... I have found this a lot lately.... these people seem to forget that it was the small jobs got them to where they are now!!!..... Very disappointing!
