AVOID - had boiler fitted (day off work) and part was missing. Arranged for it to be first call on another day at 9:00 am. No one turned up and when phoned was told should be within the next hour! Poor service, couldn’t care less attitude. Would not recommend or use them again.

Awful company that we were originally assigned by our insurance. They obviously tried to rip us off as they wanted to make more money from our insurance claim resulting in the insurance company taking action and having to step in. They tried to get extra money and their awful customer service was disgusting. The job they needed to do was eventually done by another company for less than half the extortionate prices Ron Law tried to charge. If your insurance company tries to make you use them refuse and ask for a better company. The plumbers themselves are great. The fraudulent office team however hopefully have all been sacked.

We have had work carried out by Ron Law Central heating over the last couple of years and did not hesitate to go back to them when we were in need of our central heating pipe work floor mounted as the original pipe work was in the concrete floors. They made sure floor/wall mounted pipe work is hidden and did a brilliant job. We have had different engineers to each job in the property and given us great confidence that each engineer is just as qualified as each other. Thank you all.

I have used Ron Law Central Heating Services for nearly 10 Years. Only once have I called another company, (Tower from Formby) whom tried to sell me a new boiler!! when the Ron Law guys came they turned a valve and the boiler ran for another 3 Years without any problems. All the guys from Ron Law have been really helpful and simply fantastic. You get a price before the work so you know exactly where you are. I can only recommend Ron Law and would not dream of calling anyone else again.

At first I was very hesitant on whether to go with Ron Law after receiving a quote from them. The quote they gave me for a new boiler beat every other company I went for. The distance between me and them had me on edge, after a long decision I decided to go through with it. The boiler installation was second to none and it has been maintained since it has been installed.
