Honestly have no idea why people are complaining about things that are clearly stated on the website I saw a KAREN on about how you had to wear face masks on the dogems like theres a global pandemic your bumping into people I had no problems there the staff were very nice and most energetic handsanitiser good but watery but at the end of the day it still cleans your hands great place to go me and my friend had a great time screaming our lungs out on remix in the rain and sun it was great.

Excellent day for the young kids they loved it! Ques didn't really start on the park until late afternoon which was pretty good considering they were were only queuing for the bigger rides. Good facility options but a little pricey on refreshments and goodies for the kids. Chip shop was a plus. Good all round park with a great positive load of staff regardless of the situation.

Loved it staff were brilliant and cleaned rides in between usage.didnt know you had to pre book but soon sorted with the help of one of the lady assistants at the gate.had to have wristbands not much for those not going on rides and from what was paid for 4 hours we were there i easily went on a dozen if not more rides despite lots of people waiting. Sunny day lots of fun .loved it

Fantastic day with 3,5,7 year old. One day passes offer the best value, clean facilities, staff are friendly and great with children. Children loved it! Glad we took our own food being veggie and fussy kids.

Pleasureland, unfortunately, isn't quite as good as it was back in the day when I was a kid, but it's certainly better than nothing and is much closer than Blackpool Pleasure Beach. I visit with my children maybe once or twice a year and they always have a great time, so no complaints really. Glad they've moved to all-day tickets from the silly card system they had previously, which was extremely expensive.

The queues were horrendous and they definitely haven't got a reduced capacity as stated on their website, the place was rammed! Food was ridiculously over priced. The tickets are expensive considering the amount of rides there which we didn't get to go on many anyway because the queues were so long. The hand sanitizer was the consistency of water and had no smell to it... definitely wasn't sanitizer. We went on the log flume at the end of the day. When it was our turn the staff didn't hold the flume for us all to get on. I had to try and hold it to prevent it going up the ramp whilst we all got on. The lad didn't help and the girl just stood there with a face like she was chewing a wasp! So unhelpful and rude. We went in the fun house and I had a panic attack, I had to leave through the fire exit. The kids came out to see if I was ok and they wanted to go back in. They went to go back in through the door and a member of staff wouldn't allow them to. My partner tried to speak to him and he was so rude and argumentative. He wouldn't allow them to even though they had only just walked out. We explained the situation and I was still in tears so I stayed out of it. He was so rude and when my partner asked for his name which was apparently Phil he soon changed his tune and said he would take them to the front so they could go back in. By this point the kids were a bit intimidated and scared so they didn't want to fo back on. It is meant to be a place for children and they staff we had dealings with were just awful and rude. Pictures of Phil below Perhsps working with children and families isn't the role for him. Wouldn't waste your money here to be honest they're better places to take your kids for around the same prices. The girl with the split dye hair however in the chippy was lovely and really helpful.

Really good place for family to spend a holiday. Parking can be an issue at weekends and holidays but parking is free after 4pm. Swings are thrilling while sightseeing is awesome. Recommended for families.
