I called the team up to talk about some cosmetic changes as well as a set-up. Despite the fact they'd never relic-ed a guitar before, they were keen to take the project on and (as you can see) the end results are gorgeous. I got consistent project updates, really wonderful service, and a legitimately one-of-a-kind guitar at the end of it. Can't recommend the team enough - go buy things from them.

Great shop, really nice people. We dropped in not really knowing anything about guitars with our 11 year old who was moving from acoustic to first time electric. They took loads of trouble letting him try out different guitars, he absolutely fell for a secondhand Ibanez which was head and shoulders better than even the new ones and has been great. We called back after 9 months with a small problem which they fixed in minutes. The shop is crammed floor to ceiling with guitars - well worth dropping by.

I took my strat in for a setup and service recently and the service was brilliant. Turned around the job really quickly, the guitar was beautifully set up. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the price of the setup and service was really competitive. I feel really lucky to have such a great local guitar shop, I will be taking all my guitar maintenance jobs to them in future:)

Steve from Guitar Centre recently upgraded my USA Deluxe Strat with a Seymour Duncan Little 59 as the bridge pickup. It has transformed the guitar and it will be back to being my number 1 gig guitar! So much more flexible now. The work was done quickly, VERY reasonably for such a funny bit of wiring, and with a friendly approach from start to finish. ACE ALL ROUND.
