Last year I had a branded wax jacket fully resized by Kim and the outcome was factory perfect. As a result when I needed some work shirts altering this year I didn't hesitate and took them straight to Kim - amazing service, quick turn-around and high quality finish. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic service from Kim. I bought a number of suits from Hacket and their tailoring was poor. I went to see Kim and she resolved all the problems perfectly. She has also adjusted shirts in the past for me and also a leather jacket. Fantastic service and I've always been delighted with the job done (and I am a perfectionist).
Kim was Amazing, had a dress emergency and she adjusted it within 24 hours! Absolute life saver!!!
