My experience with Puresun in Portsmouth was a disaster from the start and I do not know if to laugh or cry after all now. The booking system is chaotic, Martin answering a phone calls but carrying on talking with other person at reception, not impressive approach as for a manager. Eventually, he booked me at a wrong time explaining it on a phone when I already was on the way to the place from other city... Rescheduling took months.... Welcoming at the place was awful, I was asked to wait outside even that I was on time and there was no one awaiting around reception area, so I was standing in the rain and wind for 5 minutes... Finally, I had a full body massage and it was the worst experience I ever had in my life (I use massage treatments on a regular basis however my specialist did not re-open his business yet because of pandemic so I have been trying other places) The massage table was in terrible condition and extremely uncomfortable. There was a metal bit in a face area and it was pressuring my forehead or eyes area or nose regardless of extra towels so finding a good position was not possible. It has to be a miracle to relax this way! The specialist was friendly trying her best, however she clearly struggled with running nose and constant cough... The only good side of the visit was a free parking, that is all. I gave a chance to this place and I will never be back there ever again. I do NOT recommend it at all.

It was my first time treatment with Nina for my acne prone skin. What a wonderful experience and result. Excellent pleasant efficient and knowledgable service. I will certainly be returning for more treatments and have downloaded the app! You should definitely try it!
