Used this kebab shop for last 3 years, always been nice but recently its been terrible. Last 3 orders have arrived wrong!! First 2 times we give them the benefit of the doubt as we have used them so for so long but after today we wont be using again. Order arrived wrong even though we double checked on the phone when placing the order that they had got it correct. Not only was the order wrong it was burnt and bun rock hard.Called to complain and staff were unhelpful was told manager was to busy to talk to us. When he finally come to the phone he hung up

I tried many kebabs shops in Horsham but my opinion this one is the best. They use a charcoal grill (electric)and the flavors to the food is very good. For 16.50 you can buy the Southwater Special family.
