We had our Manhattan tub delivered late last night. Paul and his colleague were so helpful nothing was to much trouble they worked in the dark by torchlight. The tub was set up with no worries or concerns. I can’t recommend these guys anymore. Top lad top job thanks Paul.

No questions too big or small. Even delivered it himself when things weren't working out ! Really happy and are so excited to use it tonight for the first time. I purchased the Verona and had it installed last week by Paul and Enrico, awesome tub, incredibly happy with it. Paul and Enrico where extremely helpful with all my questions and made sure I had all the required information to get the tub ready for use before they left. Customer service was great from start to finish, very responsive, I have since had a couple follow up questions on chemical levels and received a quick call back. I would highly recommend this company!!
Brilliant customer service from sales to delivery to installation. Really knowledgeable and informative sales and delivery staff. We could not be any happier with the end product and we highly recommend this company! Absolutely fantastic value for money.
The hot tub I bought is fantastic. From start to finish the whole process of buying was smooth, easy and stress free. Delivery was on time with a very reasonable timescale. A full explanation on maintenance was given on how to keep the tub clean which was extremely useful as I've never owned one before. Above all, the hot tub operates above and beyond expectations and we absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a hot tub! All round excellent service, from a really nice genuine guy xx
