We have been with the Spa Medical Centre for over 30 years and throughout that time I can only say that their doctors, nurses and reception staff have been faultless. We have never had to worry about getting appointments and in extreme cases had to call a doctor out for a home visit. This is a surgery that should be very proud of their impeccable care for our family. Congratulations.
I have never managed to get through to the surgery on the phone after being a patient for nearly a year! Absoutely terrible! Staff are however very nice.
I can't understand the negative reviews on here, this doctor practice is brilliant and the staff and doctors are doing a great job considering the pressure they are under. They have look after me very well over the years I have been with them so that's why they deserve 5 stars well done spar medical centre.
I have rung over 100 times and I haven’t been unable to get through. Their website won’t let me make an appointment online so I’m stumped as to how people are able to review if you can’t get an appointment. My last surgery in Surrey if you rang on a Monday you were always answered and had an appointment within 2 days. This is a shocking service.
